Vossen Wheels has a long history with BMW i8, and almost none of it is normal. A while back in the U.S. they teamed up with Metro Wrapz to create a unique i8 for Austin Mahon. Now their European branch has gone to Liechtenstein to create this unique Matte Yellow BMW i8 which features a blue set of their wheels.
The color on this Matte Yellow BMW i8 is actually a wrap, but in the right light it could fool you into thinking it’s a factory Austin Yellow. What leaves you in no doubt that it isn’t a factory car in no way, shape of form, is those Fountain Blue rims which contrast with the color of the body and yet are the perfect complement for the standard blue accents of the vehicle. The special color treatment has not managed to completely wipe off the serious expression off the car’s face, but still, this is by far and away the most fun looking i8 we have ever seen.
The Fountain Blue Vossen wheels on this Matte Yellow BMW i8 are VPS-305T models, measuring 21×8.5 inch on the front axle and 21×10 on the rear.
