Looking at the absolutely huge market there is at the moment for tuned and tricked-out S-Coupes all over the world, especially in the United States, Mercedes-Benz decided they want a piece of that pie and launched the Mercedes S-Class Coupe Night Edition. This model comes with special exterior and interior appointments and, naturally, costs considerably more than a regular S-Coupe.
The 2017 Mercedes S-Class Coupe Night Edition, to be unveiled at the Detroit auto show in January, comes with a distinctive radiator grille with a single louvre in high-gloss black, 20-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels, gloss black mirror housings and the inserts in the side sill panels, AMG front and rear aprons, and Selenite grey magno paint, all as standard.
In terms of equipment, the Night treatment brings with it “Night Edition” wording engraved on the insert of the nappa leather AMG sports steering wheel, upholstery in leather, nappa leather or AMG nappa leather in black/black; crystal grey/black; saddle brown/black; or Bengal red/black, and black poplar wood trims. Mercedes S-Class Coupe Night Edition is available for the S400 4MATIC (370 hp) and S500 and S500 4MATIC (455 hp) models.
