Reading the title of this post, Chinese-VW-Electric, you are probably getting the idea that this car should be mind-numbingly boring! Well, yeah it is actually! Revealed at the 2010 Auto China, the VW E-Lavida is an electric vehicle developed by the Chinese arm of Volkswagen and it’s based on the Golf IV platform.

With a length of 4.6 meters, width of 1.7 and height of 1.4, the E-Lavida seems to be a very good urban cruiser for the Chinese public, since their expectations from a car are not that high! Moreover it offer a wheelbase of 2.6 meters and 427 liters of luggage space in the boot, and it’s an emission-free vehicle. Honestly what else Mr.Ching-Chan could possibly want?!

So, there you go, a boring car. Sorry we couldn’t make it interesting.
