2010 is the 40th anniversary of Range Rover, so along with the new 2011 model they are also introducing a new limited ” Autobiography Black 40th anniversary” edition, which features exclusive exterior features as well as upgraded interior. This super special RR comes with a magnificent Barolo Black finish and bespoke 20-inch alloy wheels.
Other unique features of the Autobiography on the outside includes a unique front grille with Titan grille mesh, a bright chrome grille ‘U’ edge and black grille surround, body coloured door handles and the tailgate badge, ‘Autobiography Black’. The side vents too have a new mesh set off by bright chrome bars and a black vent surround.
For the interior yo can go for standard colourway in Jet, or two colourways unique to the Autobiography Black – Jet and Ivory, or Jet and Pimento. This model has Grand Black door veneers with Autobiography Black emblem, a half wood Grand Black steering wheel and gearknob veneers for Supercharged models, and illuminated front door sills, as well as the Autobiography Black logo embossed on the rear seat armrest.
“At the top of the Range, the new Autobiography Black 40th anniversary limited edition offers customers the option of complete exclusivity with unique colourway combinations as well as striking interior and exterior design features. Only 700 will be made globally, emphasising the exclusivity of this limited edition,” added Land Rover design director, Gerry McGovern.
