Kia Motors is recalling 7697 units of the 2011 Sorento CUV manufactures from September 14, 2010, through October 4, 2010, due to an issue with the rear brake calipers. According to the NHTSA report, the improperly machined calipers result in brake fluid leakage, which eventually result in reduced braking power, increasing risk of crash. Kia dealers will inspect the calipers and replace them if necessary free of charge.
