Since Daimler does not make a coupe version of the Maybach, a German special purpose vehicle manufacturer called Xenatec decided to do so. And loaded with €70 million from Saudi Arabia Auto Kingdom they have built the first example of the car based on Maybach 57, called the Cruiserio Coupe. And it’s now up for sale on Jameslist for a whopping € 715,000 or nearly $1 million USD.
Xenatec will make 100 units of the Cruiserio Coupe during the next three years. This Maybach Coupe is in the same size as the 57 limo, but it looks cooler in the two-door format. The front and rear ends of the car are also revised to be distinguishable from the regular Maybachs. The interior however remains pretty much unchanged. The car is powered by a V12-biturbo engine with 605 hp, o to 100 km/h sprint time of 5 seconds and has a top speed of 275 km/h.
