This tuning kit for the pre-facelift Mercedes CL is actually very timely because with the introduction of the new model, prices for this version are constantly falling down.

So you can pick up a good one for not much money and then trick it out to get more power and style with this VATH kit. First off, they tweak the 5.5 liter V8 which in its standard form makes something kike 380 hp. When VATH is done with it though, it’ll be capable of 460 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque.

That’s because it gets new sport exhausts, new air intake system and camshafts as well as a remapped ECU. They’ve also upgraded the car’s cooling system to cope with the extra power.

VATH then set about making the CL look a bit better with new 20-unch wheels wrapped in 245/30ZR20 front and 285/25ZR20 rear, and some carbon fiber garnish for the exterior including front spoiler lip, boot lid wing, and rear diffuser. For the interior you get sport steering wheel covered in suede, carbon fiber trimming for the dashboard and a new instrument cluster with 360 km/h speedometer.
