Fiat-Chrysler revealed the latest edition of the Fiat 500 C at the New York show and confirmed its details and specs for the American market.
The iconic 500C will be available across the states in late spring 2011 with a starting U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $19,500, to trim levels, 14 exterior colors, 12 unique seat color and material combinations, plus a choice of two interior environments and three exterior soft-top colors.
The car’s powered by Fiat’s acclaimed 1.4-liter MultiAir in-line four-cylinder engine developing101 horsepower (75 kW) at 6,500 rpm and 98 lb.-ft. (133 Nm) of torque at 4,000 rpm. It comes with a five-speed auto gearbox and does 38 mpg. A six speed box is also available.
Those are just mere details, what people want are those cute and sexy looks. Honestly, they wouldn’t care if it was powered by a donkey under the bonnet! But the fashion-obsessed buyers do care about the amenities they get, and the 500 doesn’t disappoint in that terms.
