Audi decided the best way of teasing new models is through sketches. First we had the Q3, and now they released official drawings of the upcoming A3 sedan and hatch.

We quite like this idea because like this you get a rough idea of how the finished product will look like. In the A3’s case, the picture show a smoother and sleeker design over the current model. That’s the case with every new Audi, as they just look the same as before, only smoother.

We’ve already had a good look at the A3 sedan through the Geneva Show’s A3 Concept, and it’s a superb car. But the hatchback seems to be even more fun! The concept car was powered by the firm’s turbocharged 5-cylinder engine, but the official engine lineup for the produciton series is yet to be confirmed.
