Korean car maker released teaser images of the new XUV 1 concept crossover. It will be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

This car marks a major change in SsangYong design. They have been famous for designing some of the ugliest cars in the world, like Musso or the previous Korando. But in recent years thye’ve been working with ItalDesign and even hired some of top automotive execs from other companies.

And the XUV 1 seems like a nice looking crossover. Size-wise it seems to be pretty similar to the latest Kia Sportage. The innovative interior design introduces new 1+1+2 or 1+3 seating layouts, challenging conventional cabin design and highlighting the flexibility available from SsangYong’s latest platform technology. It is also packed with the latest technologies.

We can’t wait to see the car in its full glory. The car will on display at the Frankfurt show on stand D10 in Hall 8.0.
