Following an early reveal on Facebook, DMC sent us further details and a video of their kit for the Lamborghini Aventador, dubbed the LP900 Molto Veloce. This Aventador tuning package costs 125,000 euro. We thought if we say it early it would sound less painful! It’s expensive, but it’s pretty substantial. And it’s called LP900, which hints at the car’s massive power.
Styling-wise, DMC’s body kit boosts the Aventador’s greatest features. So it gets a a redesigned spoiler sword and a new air splitter, so the front-end looks even more aggressive. It also gets new side skirts, and a revised rear fascia with carbon fiber diffusor and an added tunnel system, plus a big rear wing. All these parts are made of carbon fiber and are designed to enhance the car’s aerodynamics.
A Gucci-like stripe runs the length of the car, but to be honest it seems like an afterthought. You are better off without it.
The LP900 engine package consists of 12 unique single intake throttle plates, one per each cylinder. Furthermore, Gasoline pumps and – lines, as well as pressure modulators and injection nozzles will be replaced by own new components. Optimized engine electronics, an electronic load pressure control system and a completely new wiring will be added.
DMC does not clearly confirm the car makes 900 hp, but there’s no other reason to call it LP900. That is probably the case, as the engine treatment alone costs EUR 80.000. The body kit will set you back EUR 19.500, and the ADV1 wheel set EUR 7.800.
