At first glance this car looks more like an elaborate April Fools’ joke. But it’s real, very, and it’s coming to the New York Auto Show in a few days for its world premiere. The BMW i8 Spyder is not just a chopped up version of the i8 coupe. This one comes with laser headlights, and a revised interior, and obviously no roof.
