German tuner Alpha-N is trying to establish itself as a top BMW tuner by releasing high performance kits for the finest Bavarian products. So after putting a racing-inspired package for the BMW M3, they went on to upgrade the BMW 1M Coupe. And by the looks of things they’ve nailed it again. This little 1er has got ECU tweaks and sport exhausts, and makes 410 horsepower.

Power is only part of the package however. The tuner has also improved the car’s dynamics by fitting it with 19-inch O.Z wheels, high performance Michelin Cup tires, and powerful six-piston brakes with 380mm discs. Then Alpha-N got busy with the body to shed as much weight as possible by replacing whatever they could with carbon fiber. So the car gets new front spoiler, trunk lid spoiler, diffuser, wings, and a carbon roof.
