Already AC Schnitzer has come up with a fine tuning package for the BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe, and it includes everything from engine tuning, to wheels and suspension and also a body kit. The styling kit does make the Gran Coupe looks much nicer, with its front spoiler, chromed front grille with chrome strip, rear skirt extension and rear skirt protective film.
The looks are complemented by wheels of various styles (Type IV BiColor, Type IV silver, Type VIII BiColor, black and silver), in 19″ or 20″ depending on type. AC’s top offer is a set of 21-inch Type VIII BiColor rims. AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit not only improves the looks and handling, it also makes the wheel fit perfectly inside the fenders.
As for the power upgrade, AC Schnitzer’s package for the BMW 640d diesel boosts the output from 313 to 360 HP. The 640i petrol model also gets a kit that increase the horsepower from 320 to 360 HP. Proper stopping power is provided accordingly by using 8-piston high performance brake system for the front. Sporty soundtrack is provided by twin sports rear silencer with chromed “Sports Trim” tailpipes.
You do get an interior package as well, with a new “EVO” 3-spoke Sport Airbag steering wheel, “Black Line” aluminium cover for the i-Drive system controller, aluminium footrests and pedals, and velours floor mats. A nice and very thorough tuning package for the Gran Coupe.
