Ferrari is getting lots of celebrity guests these days. After Bob Sinclair the city of Maranello welcomes a three star British chef, Gordon Ramsay. Like Bob, Gordon too is a long time Ferrari owner and he always says his second biggest dream was to buy his own Ferrari. The first one of course was to become the world’s greatest chef! Ramsay went around all the production facilities and met Ferrari workforce.

Gordon Ramsay also got to drive the new 740 hp Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, a car that even a rich man like him would struggle to buy because of the price tag which is said to be close to $400K.

“You can feel the passion of the people working here – he said –  it’s incredible, I couldn’t imagine such a place: bellissimo”. Ferrari’s employees could not believe their eyes either, and warmly welcomed Gordon asking for autographs and photos.

Examination time came at 12.30. While visiting il Podio, Ferrari’s company restaurant, Chef Ramsay tasted today’s entrees, including classic bolognese tagliatelle. A moment of silence: “delicious”. Handclap and relief for the Podio’s Chefs, who put a big smile on their faces and got their uniforms signed by the famous three star Chef.
