BMW and MINI continue milking their sponsorship of London 2012 Olympic games by releasing a new advertisement for the MINI London 2012 Special Editions. In this new gig MINI teams up with London Philharmonic Orchestra to create their version of the British national anthem, played entirely with horns of nine MINIs. This is MINI’s unique tribute to Team GB, and even though we hate the sound of a horn, we have to say it’s pretty cool.
The MINI Olympic editions come in Union Jack themed colours; Chilli Red, White Silver or Lightning Blue, and Olympic graphics. They are available as Cooper, Cooper D, Cooper S and Cooper SD models. These limited models are considerably more expensive than the standard versions, but then they come with more bells and whistles, and they are collectible items.
