Looks like Nissan has finished turning the new Pathfinder from a concept car – revealed at Detroit Auto Show earlier this year – into a production model. They quietly released a couple of images of the car, and it shows that little has changed in the transition from concept to reality. That’s good. Not that the concept version was that much of a looker, but it’s resulted in an OK looking SUV.
The 2013 Nissan Pathfinder has a more civilized design than its predecessor, which frankly was a bit too agricultural. It can still carry 7 people in comfort, but it’s more efficient and flexible. The car also uses a unibody chassis for the first time, which makes it even better for using in town.Other features include a refined V6 engine and next-generation Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
Full specs of the car will be releasing over the coming days.
