Mercedes CLS63 AMG is one of SR Auto’s most favorite cars. They have done many packages for the car, but this one here is probably the most special. It is special because they have fitted it with Wald’s Black Bison kit, arguably the coolest body kit available for the CLS right now. That kit, a nice color, and a set of wheels are the ingredients of Project Maximus.
Wald’s kit includes new front and rear bumpers with bigger intakes and LED lights at the front, and a big diffuser at the back. It also gets Black Bison’s signature side vents and side skirts, as well as the boot lid spoiler, and there you have it, a unique CLS that boost the appeal of the four-door coupe rather significantly. The metallic grey paint job of this car also play a major part in giving it a killer look.
What’s interesting is that Wald has replaced the CLS63’s stock tailpipes with four big round ones like the older AMG models. They suit the car really well. The package is completed with a set of 20-inch Wald Renovatio wheels finished in silver.
And as for the power, there was no need to fiddle with the engine, seeing as the standard CLS63 is fairly powerful with a 525 horsepower 5.5 liter biturbo V8.
