The G-Wagen gets a new tailor-made suit, and some big shoes, from Prior Design.

German body kit specialist Prior Design unveiled its new package for the Mercedes G-Class. Now, given the G-Wagen’s unique proportions, there’s only so much you can do to change the looks. So the kit is pretty simple. Still, Prior has done a much better job than Mercedes did with the new G63 AMG. Their G-Class looks really cool.

Mind you, the G63 has a biturbo V8 engine and it kinda had to have those big intakes in the bumper. This one though, it’s based on a normal G-Class. It gets a revised front bumper with a spoiler lip, new grilles, and fog lights, fender extensions, steel side steps, new wheel cover and a diffuser unit at the back.

The main features of the car however, is the massive 23-inch wheels. They suit the car surprisingly well. This package on an old G55 AMG would make an absolutely wonderful all-rounder.
