764 Passione To Be The Real End Of Pagani Zonda

Zonda swan song at 764 Passione To Be The Real End Of Pagani Zonda

News broke that Pagani is working on yet another one-off Zonda, but this time it really is the last Zonda ever to be made. To be called the Zonda 764 Passione, this car will be closely related to the 760 RS, of which Pagani made two, one for a millionaire in Chile and one for Lewis Hamilton. So it’ll get the engine and running gear of the Zonda R, but chassis and cabin of the Zonda F. Nice blend.

What is not so nice is the rumors suggesting that Passione is ordered in pink, and will have pink details such brake calipers and suspension components as well. Too bad then that the last Zonda is going to be painted in the worst color possible. Unless it is not the final Zonda, which is a very likely possibility. I mean the Cinque was supposed to the last one, then the TriColore, then the RS models. So who knows.

That said, we don’t get it why people complain that Pagani keep making the Zonda. Granted, the car has been with us since 2003, so it’s very nearly 10 years old. But who cares, when it’s so awesome. We should encourage Pagani not to stop making them, instead of nagging about why they do!
