The clock is ticking for the Lamborghini Gallardo and it will soon be replaced with an all-new model, allegedly called the Cabrera. The current Gallardo still has a lot to live for though, even it’s first-gen models. Here’s what German tuner DMC has come up with for an early, pre-facelift Gallardo. They call it the SOHO.
The SOHO is based on the Spyder Gallardo, which still looks fresh after like eight years, and it’s been enhanced with a few details from the newer LP570 model. The car gets the 570 front bumper, complemented by side diffusers, a massive rear wing, and a new rear-fascia with a big diffuser. The grey paint job, grey wheels tinted windows, and smoked lights give the SOHO a mean and aggressive look.
The interior gets the usual leather and carbon fiber treatment, which is nice, but not as nice as what DMC does to the V10 engine. Whatever version you’ve got, they can add 40 horsepower and 30 Nm of torque to its output, which contributes to the new top speed of 322 km/h.
The tuner also hooks up the Gallardo with a sport exhaust system with DMC sport metallic catalytic converter which alone adds 28 hp and also makes a fantastic noise as well.
