Kia released images of the new facelifted Kadenza, and it looks very similar to the new Quoris. The Kadenza, or K7 in Korea, gets the same sort of headlights and front grille – which is the foundation of Kia’s corporate look – as the Quoris, known as the K9 in Korea.
The rest of the car is pretty much identical to the current model; a large and rather luxurious saloon car with plenty of space and not much soul.
Kia is yet to confirm the new Kadenza’s specifications, but it almost certainly gets the same as before, consisting of a 3.5 liter V6, which with 290 horsepower and 340 Nm of torque is pretty gutsy. It comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Not sure if the interior is upgraded too, but the old Kadenza had a good cabin; clean, crisp, and high-tech, with lots of good features. The equipment level will probably get a bump.
