The new-look Kia Sorento is now available to order in the UK featuring tweaked styling, upgraded interior, as well as improved equipment, safety, driving dynamics and refinement. All models in the UK are powered by a 2.2-litre CRDi turbodiesel engine, tweaked for better fuel economy and lower emissions.
Developing 194 bhp at 3,800 rpm and 422 Nm of torque from just 1,800 rpm, this engine enables the Sorento to go form 0 to 60 mph in 9.4 seconds (manual) or 9.5 seconds (auto), and gives it a top speed of 118 mph. It also manages fuel economy and CO2emissions of 47.9 mpg and 155 g/km.
The Sorento is also very feature-rich, comig as standard with anti-lock brakes (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), as well as Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) featuring Downhill Brake Control (DBC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) and Hill-start Assist Control (HAC). It also has six airbags standard.
