TG boys have arrived in America for another very long car journey. This is their fourth American voyage after going from Miami to New Orleans in three knackered old cars, hitting the Salt Flats in three muscle cars, and visiting New York in three European supercars. For this adventure they’ve arranged a lineup of super exotic machines.
Jezza, Hamster and Mr. Slowly will be tackling the U.S. in a 2013 SRT Viper, an Aston Martin Vanquish, and a Lexus LFA. It’s not clear who is driving what, but an educated guess would say that Clarkson will take the wheel of the Aston, Hammond will be driving the muscle car – Viper, and May will be in the LFA, a sophisticated supercar that suits him well.
Jeremy Clarkson has already announced their arrival in the U.S. via Twitter: “People of America. We have passed muster at your idiotic border controls, and we are here, ready to play.”
Where the trip ends is unknown at the moment, but some say they might be heading toward Mexico. Given the comments Top Gear boys made about Mexico not that long ago, it should be quite an interesting journey. Lucky for them cartel assassins are not very patriotic!
We also don’t know yet if this a Top Gear Special for Christmas, or if it’s part of the Season 19. We’ll keep you posted on any updates.
