Switzer Performance is the tuner to go to if you are not satisfied with your Nissan GT-R’s performance, or if you are just crazy and want the ultimate street car. That is what they are offering with the 1,000+ hp turnkey GTR Ultimate Street Edition, which they are building at their new facility.

They start with a standard GTR and remove the engine, transmission and all the other bits and bobs. Then they do some voodoo stuff, witchcraft happens, and the new upgraded parts go back in the car.

Now you have a GTR with the same 3.8 liter bi-turbo V6, but instead of 545 hp it makes over a 1000 horsepower. The performance, as you’d expect, is mind-boggling. The car has a 0 to 60 time in the 2 second range, it goes past 200 mph in under a mile without breaking sweat, and runs the quarter mile in the 9s.

Switzer says this car is the best “thing” in the world. And they are right, it is. The only problem with it is the price, which is $88,990… not including the base GT-R. Quality-wise it is bulletproof, as Switzer offers a 2-year warranty for each car.
