Citroen released the first pictures of their new concept car that is set for debut at the Geneva Motor Show. It is called the Technospace Concept, and it previews the new generation of their Picasso series; a well-known name in the compact MPV segment.
To be released from the second half of 2013, the Technospace Concept shows what the new C4 Picasso would look like, but its design will invariably influence other cars of the Picasso series, including the Grand C4 Picasso and C3 Picasso. Since 1999, the brand has sold almost 3 million Picassos. So it is one of the most successful Citroen models, and also a benchmark in the compact MPV market.
The Concept car also showcases the latest of Citroen’s ‘Créative Technologie’ features, including a full-touch driving interface with a high-definition 12’’ panoramic screen., segment-leading cargo space of 537 liters despite compact size (4.3 meters long), Efficient Modular Platform 2 (EMP2) with CO2 emissions of just 98 g/km.
