Toyota has officially announced a Cup version of the GT86 with some of motorsport bits and bobs, marking the car career in the VLN Endurance Championship. Limited to 86 units, the Cup treatment comes as a package and can be ordered for used GT86s as well.

The highlights of the Cup edition GT86 include 18-inch wheels package, consisting of Racing OZ Ultraleggera (8.0 J x 18) rims and ultra high performance Pirelli P Zero Nero GT tires (225/40 R18). Sadly there is no change to the car’s 200bhp flat-four engine, but you do get some Cup Edition lettering on the side.

If you order the package with a new GT86 you can choose between three exclusive colors of “Dynamic White Pearl”, “Furious Black Mica” and “Racing Red”. They have contrasting color on hood, roof, trunk lid and exterior mirrors.

Inside the cabin you get a full Alcantara sports steering wheel with red “12-clock-marker”, brushed aluminum accents on the center console, and more badges and Cup lettering.

The Cup package is priced at a very reasonable 2,860 Euros, and it also includes two VIP tickets for a track day at the Nurburgring.
