Renault, rather quietly, is trying on a new design philosophy that could their future design strategy. It begins with a new concept car they have produced in collaboration with designer Ross Lovegrove, to be unveiled at the Triennale of Milano April 8th.

Not much details have been revealed on this as yet unnamed concept car, but they say it is heavily inspired by the nature; an organic design, if you will. They say this project intends to bring awareness and understanding of those phenomena and their current impact:

Working with contemporary computational design, Ross Lovegrove and his studios intension is to reveal natures underlying blueprints and transfer them into a new design language.

Well, that’s all they have to reveal about this design concept for now. By the looks of things, it should be a really important concept. We’ll keep you posted on any updates.
