Following this early leak, Porsche now releases an official video introducing the new Panamera Facelift and its new hotted-up E-Hybrid version. This new hybrid system really is quite something, as it offers the best compromise possible between power and economy.
You get a 3.0-litre V6 and an electric motor, supported by lithium-ion battery pack. It is good for 410 horsepower, average fuel consumption in the neighborhood of 3.0 liter in 100 km or nearly 70 mpg, and CO2 emissions of slightly over 150 g/km.
That is superb given the size and performance of the car. The Panamera S E-Hybrid does 0 to 60 mph in 5.5 second and reaches a top speed of 167 mph. It also has an electric range of between 11 to 22 miles and it can hit 83 mph too. Brilliant.
