To be honest with you every time we hear about an Indian tuning job, we get really scared. In our defense, they did come up with stuff like this Eleanor Clone or this fake Evoque. Now though, an Indian customizer named DC Design has made a makeover kit for the Dacia Duster, and we have to say it is rather brilliant.
They have facelifted the Duster and gave it a new interior as well. And although it may seem like a bit of an overkill at places, DC’s Duster is a much more appealing prospect than Dacia’s. The car gets bespoke grille and headlight, as well as new chrome detailing, sport alloys, and a matte paint finish.
On the inside, faux wood and white leather dominate the cabin, while the center console is now stretched all the way back like a Mercedes CLS. The interior seems to be designed around the rear right passenger, as he gets a six-way adjustable seat that even turns into a bed, and also a full entertainment system! The rest of the occupants have to settle for cupholders and folding trays.
The cost of this program is 3.49 lakhs which is about $6,000 USD.
