Al & Ed’s Autosound has done a rather interesting job with its latest modified Tesla Model S. The owner of this car wanted all the shiny chrome bits gone, so they went ahead and wrapped all of them in a satin black film by 3M, which complements the unique color of the exterior nicely.
The anti-chrome movement begins with the front bumper and grille, and goes onto windows surrounds, door handles, mirror caps, the emblems, even the tiny side indicators. The bet part of its though are the rims, also finished in satin black. They could have made a completely stealthy car by wrapping the body in the same color, but seeing as the whole point of this treatment was to make the Model S less showy, so…
