The guys at Inden Design tuning center decided that Mercedes SLS Roadster is looking too ordinary these days, and they can make it a bit more exclusive. So they came up with a styling package for it, which was followed by some new wheels, then some interior mods, and finally a substantial power upgrade. Last but not least, they gave it a cool name.
They call this SLS the Borrasca, which sounds like a vodka brand. The car gets a revised front bumper that incorporates new air intakes and a large carbon fiber splitter. The hood is also replaced with a carbon one, while the side strakes are completely modified and enlarged, getting their own mesh grilles.
Changes continue with new sills and skirts as well as a nice flare for the rear fenders, and end with a revised rear bumper featuring a new diffuser. The wheels on Borrasca are 21-inch big, they are finished in black, and wrapped in 265/30/21 and 295/25/21 Continental tires front and rear. The suspension is modified as well, now sitting 15mm lower than it normally should.
As for the engine, Inden has used a bespoke stainless steel sport exhaust system that work with AMG’s stock tailpipes, but give the car a nastier soundtrack and a some extra horses. The SLS Borrasca has 635 horsepower.
