German tuner Schmidt Revolution has come up with an upgrade package for the BMW 335i, and although they call it the PERFORMANCE², they haven’t exactly doubled the power and speed of this car. They do, however, offer two levels of performance upgrade.

Level I gets you 336 hp and 460 Nm torque for  mere 800 Euro. It does that by changing a few parameters in the engine’s electronic control unit. It’s amazing what you can do with electronics these days.

Level II goes all the way up to 365 hp and 480 Nm torque by adding a bespoke exhaust system. It costs more at 1,400 Euro, but the power gain is remarkable. For another 400 Euros, you can have the exhaust made from lightweight titanium and have 80-mm tail pipes.

Visually, Schmidt only hooks you up with a set of their three-piece 20-inch FS line rims, wrapped in Continental 5P tires in size 235/35-20 on the front axle and with 265/30-20 on the rear. They are complemented with Bilstein B12 suspension set. The wheel/tire combo will set you back 6,500 Euro, and the suspension another 2,000 Euro.
