FolienCenter-NRW, a German tuner who wants turned an Audi TT RS into a 500-hp red monster, has come up with a package for the Volkswagen Passat CC. It’s not the new CC, don’t forget, but the old mode, a variant of the Passat. The program includes improvements to the exterior, interior and the powertrain.

Let’s start with what’s under the hood. This Passat CC is powered by a 2.0 liter diesel engine with 170 PS. Now, if that sounds lame, that is because it is. When NRW is through with it though, it becomes a little less bland. They tweak a few things and boost the output to 210 PS and 400 Nm of torque. It still isn’t much, but that torque will definitely spice things up a bit.

Then the works starts on the exterior, where the R-Line styling package along with the st of the body panels are wrapped in a unique chocolaty brown film. The mirrors, grilles, and the wheels meanwhile are finished in black. Speaking of the wheels, they are 20-inch big and wrapped in 225 section tires.

Inside the R-Line treatment and the two-tone theme create a nice and welcoming place, while the sport steering wheel and the aluminum trims make a sporty atmosphere that results in a more enjoyable drive.
