BMW 1M Coupe is one of those cars worthy of the term ‘Future Classic’. So if you got one, you better keep it healthy and preserve it in factory standard condition. If you have two, however, you may want to have the other one tricked0out, so you can enjoy the hell out of it.

This tuning program we have here is a rather interesting package that turns everything in the 1M up to eleven. Sure, the blue wheels are a bit of an overkill, but the performance treatment is brilliant.

LEIB has changed the ECU software, bolted on some Supersprint exhausts, upgraded the cooling system, and most importantly, fitted a pair of big, meaty turbochargers in place of the standard ones. The result is a staggering 500 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, which in a small and light car such as the 1M is a recipe for chaos – and fun.

If you think 500 is a bit too much to handle, you can get the engine treatment without the meaty turbos. That’ll give you 400 horsepower and 560 torque. The tuner upgrades the chassis accordingly by fitting a set of 20-inch Bavaria BC5 Concave wheels shod with Yokohama Advan inside the flared wheel arches, and Bilstein B16 PSS10 suspension system.

A very cool matte grey wrap wraps up the package.
