The colossal significance of the 585 horsepower V8 engine in the new Mercedes E63 AMG S-Model has earned it the right to be called the modern-day AMG Hammer. Still, there are those who think the car can do with a couple hundred more horses. Tuner Wheelsandmore is one of them.
Meet the Seven-11; a monstrous creation based on the S-Model with a staggering 700 hp and 1100 nm of torque. What is more mind-boggling than the sheer size of that power is the ease with which the tuner has arrived at those numbers. All they’ve done is fit a modified exhaust system with flap-controlled sport muffler and change the engine software.
WAM apparently found it unnecessary to tinker with the E63’s chassis, save a lowering system that drops the ride height by as much as 30mm. The carbon-ceramic braking system is also left in its standard form, but the wheels are swapped for a set of the tuner’s own 6Sporz ² forged, in size 9,5 x20“ with 255/30/20 tires on the front, and 11,0×20“ with 295/25/20 tires out back. The choice of rubber for this car is Continental Sport Contact 5P.
Visually, the E63 Seven-11 by Wheelsandmore looks pretty much like any other E63. That’s the coolest thing about fast German saloons: subtle appearances conceal destructive power.
