Mercedes specialist Carlsson revealed its full tuning package for the new Mercedes CLA Class at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The baby Merc get a pretty thorough treatment with upgrades for the exterior, interior, the chassis, and performance boost for the 200 and 250 engines.
On the outside, Carlsson Mercedes CLA boasts a sporty body kit consisting of a chunky front spoiler, grille inserts, revised rear bumper with four tailpipes and a diffuser unit, and a pair of nicely shaped side skirts.
The new tailpipes are connected to a sport exhaust system. The tuner also fits the car with a set of sport springs that lower the ride height by 35mm. Adjustable coiloves are also available. New wheels from 18 to 20-inch wrap up the work here.
Then we have the engine kits, which with the CLA200 results in a healthy 30 hp and 50 Nm boost, to a total 187 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. The CLA250 model meanwhile gets 40hp and 70 Nm upgrade, up to 250 horsepower and 420 Nm.
