The new generation Mercedes S-Class is going to have the biggest family among all models in the German car maker’s range. The standard sedan car is not even out yet, but they’ve already announced hybrid, and 63 AMG version of the car, and in a few days at IAA 2013 they will reveal this, the all-new Mercedes S-Class Coupe.
And it won’t end there, either. Later on at the Los Angeles Auto Show we will be getting the Mercedes S65 AMG, and sometime after that a stretched Pullman version. Not to mention that the S-Coupe will also spawn a Convertible variant, and a couple of AMG models.
But that’s then. For now let’s see what the new Mercedes S-Class Coupe is like. Well, it has only been revealed in design sketches that serve as a preview. But they do confirm that the S-Coupe features a substantially different design than the sedan version, which is a good thing. Replacing the popular CL-Class, the S-Coupe has the same old presence of the CL, and will certainly surpass it in terms of luxury and technology.
The new Mercedes S-Class Coupe will be officially unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week.
