Nissan UK released the first teaser image of the new generation Qashqai crossover, one of the most popular crossover in the UK and Europe alike, promising it to be “the most significant car in its modern history.”
Named, for whatever reason, after an ancient Persian tribe, Nissan Qashqai has been one of the best-seller compact SUVs since its inception in 2007 with over 2 million sales under its belt. Now with the new generation of the car Nissan wants to reinvent the segment by setting new standard, pushing the boundaries of design and innovation, and introducing segment-first technologies and fresh thinking in every area.
Creativity is the key in the new Qashqai, from its new aerodynamic design, to the inspired cabin, and innovative connectivity features. Even the teaser picture they released is kind of clever and creative.
New Generation Nissan Qashqai is designed and will be built in the United Kingdom, at Nissan’s Sunderland Plant which currently employs 6,000 people.
