Ferrari 599 is pretty much history now, and its replacement, the F12, is good enough for people to forget about the old model in a hurry. Still, some good way of remembering iconic cars like this is though the works of tuners. Vorsteiner is one of them who just released new shots of their magnificent Ferrari 599VX.
The unique VX kit consists of front and rear spoilers, side skirts, sports vented hood, decklid, and rear diffuser with new tailpipe arrangement. The parts are made from carbon fiber, and they have been designed meticulously to have spot on aerodynamic properties.
And it is the design of these parts that set Vorsteiner Ferrari 599VX apart from the other million body kits designed for the 599 during its time. Other nice details on this car featured in this artsy photoshoot include a two-tone paint work with contrasting roof, a set of Vorsteiner forged wheels, and red brake calipers.
The V12-powered super car is going to be missed. Right until the moment you remember the F12, and how much awesomer it is. Then you realize that the 599 actually looks rather sad, and its performance could be better. And it makes you wonder, what would the F12 replacement be like?
