Nissan America revealed the official pricing of the 2014MY Xterra SUV and Frontier pickup truck. The old-look Xterra which blends an aging design with up to date features starts from $23,110, and the hard-working, no-nonsense Frontier from $17,990.
New for 2014 Nissan Xterra is Hyper Silver paint for grille and underguard; 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheel designs for the S and PRO-4X grades; Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System; heated cloth of leather seats; upgraded audio system on the base model; and new NissanConnect with Navigation plus NissanConnect Apps on model specified with it.
All models are powered by a 4.0-liter DOHC V6 engine, rated at 261 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque. A fully loaded Xterra will set you back $31,090.
As for the Frontier, depending on the trim level you get three new wheel design – 16-inch SV grade, 16-inch PRO-4X grade and 18-inch SL grade; Heated seats; Bluetooth; sliding rear window; and available Nissan Connect system.
The same 4.0-liter DOHC V6 is available here as well, but you can also opt for 152-horsepower 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder in the King Cab model. A top of the line version of the Fronti costs $34,170.
