Mercedes specialist MEC Design has come up with a new styling kit for the Mercedes E-Coupe W207. The package, which also suits the Convertible version, is a proper facelift, changing the front and rear-end of the car almost beyond recognition. It is also very, very wide.
So, the ingredients: you get a completely new front bumper with a lip spoiler and extra-large air intakes and mesh grilles, optional LED lighting package, a muscular hood with extra vents, wide front and rear bumpers connected with chunky side skirts, door panels, rear bumper with carbon diffuser, and a five-piece rear spoiler.
The design of the kit is really rather special, and while at the front doesn’t exactly set your trousers on fire, it looks pretty cool at the back. MEC’s choice of wheels is also good, but this is only a preview.
MEC Design Mercedes E-Coupe Widebody kit shows us what an E-Coupe Black Series would have looked like if it’d been made. Those looks and a 600 hp V8 engine would make for one awesome machine!
