Although it makes a lot more sense to take your SUV if you’re going skiing, it is a lot cooler to turn up at the slopes with something totally out of place – a Lamborghini, for example. Trouble is, Lambos usually don’t have enough space to carry your skiing gear. Until now.

SR Auto has come up with a special ‘winter’ treatment for the Lamborghini Aventador which turns the Italian supercar into the perfect ski companion. The car, dubbed Project 700, features a Thule satin black ski box on the roof which offers plenty of cargo space while remaining impeccably cool.

The box comes with bespoke roof and rear attachments, also finished in satin black. The whole car is in fact wrapped in satin black vinyl, not just to look awesome, but also to be protected from grit and dirt and salt.

SR Auto Aventador Project 700 also has a special PUR Aero body kit, including front spoiler lip, side skirts, rear spoiler and deck lid. The wheels are PUR as well – modern black 4OURs in size 19-inch front, 20-inch back. The rims are shod with Pirelli Sotto Zero 255/35/19 and 335/30/20 tires respectively. Last but not least, it gets PUR basic lowering kit. Probably not a good idea when you are going to drive on snow and ice and potentially need some ground clearance.

Come to think of it, the Lamborghini Aventador is not that out of place in snow, what with it being four-wheel-drive.
