The latest addition to the Hennessey Performance’s ever-expanding range is the Lexus LX 570. The HPE500 kit the American tuner has come up with for the big Japanese SUV suits all V8 models from 2010 to 2014, and, as the name suggests, gives them 500 horsepower.
That 500 hp is teamed with 530 lb-ft of torque to shave a few seconds off the LX’s 0 to 60 and quarter mile times. Hennessey Lexus LX accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 6.6 seconds – which is a full second quicker than the standard car – and runs the quarter-mile in 14.6 @ 98 mph (stock is 15.7 sec. @ 91 mph).

The HPE500 performance kit for the Hennessey Lexus LX includes a TVS supercharger system, high-flow air filters, high-performance fuel injectors, and HPE engine management software. The car is thoroughly tested and dyno-tuned for accurate numbers. Hennessey is so confident of the quality of their work, they offer a three-year warranty for it.
The Texan tuner also offers steel headers, premium wheels and tires, and professional suspension upgrade kits for the Lexus LX.
