Kahn Design Defender Wide Track Hits the Countryside

While the Kahn Design Defender Wide Track is mostly considered as an urban conversion for the rough and tumble off-roader, the British tuner maintains their 90 and 110 Landies can still cut it when the going gets tough. They recently put this point into perspective by sending a Wide Track 90 out to the countryside for this photoshoot.

A lot of the changes Kahn has made to the Defender of course limit the car’s off-road prowess in one way or another. The large wheels for example are more at home on tarmac than in the mud, and the precious paint job will make you think twice before you hit the woods. But if the needs be, Kahn Design Defender Wide Track can hold its own.

This particular Kahn Design Defender Wide Track features on the outside lightweight extended wide wheel wings with integrated vents, stainless steel front grille with embossed Kahn feature, vented headlight surrounds, side vents with mesh, bonnet vents with mesh, clear rear light lenses and clear side repeaters.

Inside, you get a bespoke single spoke steering wheel and Harris Tweed fabric inserts. As always, you can customize the cabin further thanks to Kahn’s bespoke program. And if we’re honest, the stock Defender cabin has a lot of room for improvement!
