Nissan released the first teaser of a new concept sedan they have they have come up with as a follow up to the Friend-Me concept of 2013, and the more recent Sport Sedan concept. It will make it world debut at the Auto China 2014 in Beijing next month, previewing what Nissan describes as the car for “Chinese digital lifestyle”.
That description sure means the new Nissan Sedan Concept is going to be packed with the latest connectivity features, such as smartphone integration, advanced navigation, maybe even 4G LTE, which seems to be the trend these days. The design of the car is more important than its gadgetry though. It follows a couple of very good-looking concepts and we want to know if they’re going to result in a production model some day.
At the Auto China 2014 Nissan will also display the BladeGlider concept, making its Chinese debut, and Nissan’s latest global innovations, including the Autonomous Drive car. There are new production models as well, including the Teana, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in China with a special edition, plus the all-new X-Trail and the new NV200 Xtronic.
