Audi has come up with a new edition of the RS7 high-performance sedan to present to us at this year’s New York Auto Show. The car is called the Dynamic Edition, and as the name clearly suggests, it is one of the sportiest models the Ingolstadt-based company currently makes this side of the R8.
Interestingly though, the Audi RS7 Dynamic Edition will cost you even more than an R8, as it is priced from a whopping $146,045. Now, the car does boast awesome looks and 560 horsepower. But still, 150 grand is super car money.
It is the little details that are most impressive about the Audi RS7 Dynamic Edition. You get a carbon fiber aero kit consisting of splitter, diffuser and carbon fiber engine cover, plus Tornado Red brake calipers with RS 7 logo and 21-inch Gloss Black wheels. Four exclusive colors are available for the Dynamic: Ibis White, Suzuka Gray metallic, Daytona Gray pearl, Phantom Black pearl.
Inside the main highlights include Black Valcona leather seats with RS specific honeycomb stitch in Crimson Red, also found on the dashboard, gear shifter boot, center and door armrests as well as along the center console. The seat belts are also red.
In terms of technicalities, Audi RS7 Dynamic Edition benefits from three-stage adjustable dampers and adaptable steering connected to Audi Drive Select system. Meanwhile the 560 horsepower twin-turbo 4.0 Liter TFSI utilizes the power of Quattro four-wheel-drive to take you from 0 to 60 in 3.7 seconds.
The engine is also equipped with cylinder on demand for the sake of fuel efficiency. But even so, it cannot manage better than 16 city/27 highway/19 combined.
