The latest G-Class tuning program Brabus has come up with is a tailored Widestar kit for the rare Mercedes G500 Convertible. The V8-powered open-top SUV gets a thorough visual makeover, plus a power upgrade to 462 horsepower and 615 Nm of torque.

Having that much power in a car like the Mercedes G500 Convertible with renowned off-road capability and no roof is a recipe for fun. But beware that have to pay the price of having such fun at the pumps, as the Brabus engine in this car cn barely average 15 liters/100 km. In town, you are looking at over 20 liters/100 km.

Visually, Brabus Mercedes G500 Convertible comes with a revised front bumper incporporating new fog lights and LED daytimers, plus sports grille, side vents, steel running borads, and vented bonnet. Then there’s the flared wheel arches which are the meat of the Widestar treatment, and a diffuser style rear bumper. At the back you also find a spare wheel with Brabus cover and a unique LED third brake light.

The exterior of this G500 is finished in an extremely metallic black, complementing the black interior. The cabin features Brabus sports seats with perforated leather, special stitching and logos, Piano black and carbon trimming, and a sport steering wheel.
