GMC announced the launch of a new version of the Sierra HD pickup truck with an All Terrain package. The main purpose of this treatment is to enhance the truck’s off-road capabilities, but the thing we like most about it is how awesome it looks. It makes you think twice before ordering an F-150!

Visually, 2015 GMC Sierra HD All Terrain comes with chrome surround on the grille, exterior graphics, aluminum underbody shields and unique 18-inch six-spoke chrome cast-aluminum wheels. If these are not enough, you can also order 20-inch wheels and chrome mirrors.

Also part of the All Terrain package is the latest connectivity technology, including IntelliLink and new OnStar with 4G LTE and standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. This will keep you connected even in the deepest swamps.

Some of the more obscure features of 2015 GMC Sierra HD All Terrain that are very handy nonetheless include CornerStep rear bumper, EZ Lift and Lower tailgate, standard locking tailgate, standard upper tie-downs, StabiliTrak with Trailer Sway Control, and Dura Life disc brakes.

The new Sierra All Terrain HD is available on 2500HD and 3500HD double cab and crew cab models, and is offered with SLE or SLT trims. All of them can be ordered with the Z71 Off Road package, with Rancho twin-tube shocks, hill descent control and a skid plate.
