When they first unveiled the 6×6 version of the G63, Mercedes and AMG were not entirely confident about its success. After all, it was designed to appeal to the six-year-old boy inside every one of us, but had a price tag of over 450K Euros.

As it turned out, a lot of people are not yet ready to let go of their inner six-year-old, and as a result the 6×6 became something of a sensation. Anybody and everybody who could afford the eye-watering cost of Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 put an order for it. That is why Mercedes decided to, ever so slightly, increase the price of the car for its 2105 modelyear.

The 2015 Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 will start from 456,900 Euros, which is about six grand more than before. That will get you more standard equipment than the old model, but on the whole there is no difference between the new model and the one that went before. And as is the case with cars that cost half a million Euro, each one will be fully personalized and kitted-out by the buyer anyway.

Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 comes with six wheels, five differentials, eight cylinders, two turbochargers, five seats, two air pumps for the tires, and a transmission with 7 gears in it. The truck boasts 550 horsepower and 750 nm of torque.
